I'm Himanshu Daga, a finance founder based in Bengaluru.

My background is in finance and hands-on work across advisory, accounting, taxation, and GST compliance. I've spent time inside CA offices and alongside business owners, watching how money and compliance actually get managed in India - usually on WhatsApp, Excel, and memory.

That led to two things. Daga Advisory Group, where I help individuals, families, and businesses with mutual funds, insurance, tax, and wealth planning. And Caledger, practice management software for Indian CA firms.

My belief is simple: finance and compliance in India are harder than they need to be. People don't lack ambition - they lack clear, honest guidance and good tools. That's what I'm trying to fix, on both the advisory side and the software side.

I care about making finance and compliance simple, ethical, and practical. No jargon, no false promises - just clear thinking and honest building. I'm early in this journey, and I'm sharing it openly: the lessons, the mistakes, and the wins.
